Applicants to the Rivers Casino Team Member Scholarship Program award must:

  • Be either (i) a full-time Rivers Casino team member who is in good standing and has a minimum of six continuous months employment with the company as of the application deadline date OR (ii) a part-time Rivers Casino team member who is in good standing and, as of the application deadline date, has a minimum of six continuous months employment with the company and works an average of 20 hours per week measured since date of hire (if less than 12 months) or over the last 12 months;
  • Be a current or expected undergraduate or graduate student;
  • Plan to enroll in full-time or part-time (minimum 6 credits) undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two-or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year (those who will be graduating in the upcoming Fall term would be eligible for up to half of their award amount); and
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Be a dependent* child or grandchild, age 24 and under, of a full-time Rivers Casino team member who is in good standing and has a minimum of six continuous months employment with the company as of the application deadline date;
  • Be a high school senior or graduate or current undergraduate;
  • Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year (those who will be graduating in the upcoming Fall term would be eligible for up to half of their award amount); and
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

*Dependent children are defined as biological, step- or legally adopted children living in the team member’s household or primarily supported by the team member. Grandchildren must be biological or legally adopted, and living in the team member’s household or primarily supported by the team member.
